FC Accounting Co. grew out of Foodie Coaches, founded by Tim Kummerfeld.

Kylie Denning Patch and Timmy Niesler were there from the start. Kylie specialises in bookkeeping. Timmy is the tax partner who handles all the tax and structures. Both spent years inside the Foodie Coaches community alongside Tim Kummerfeld, coaching, presenting, and helping owners understand what their numbers were really saying.

That's where they saw the gap. Most accountants lodge a return once a year and never get near the industry. Café, restaurant, bar and takeaway owners needed numbers people who live in hospitality every single week.
